I was disappointed with the crew. They didn't seem to be working together.
I would like to give the benefit of the doubt. But hard to do today...
Bad experience. Waited 15 minutes for them to fill half of the order. So my burger was cold. Staff was very inexperienced. Will not be returning .
Took so long to get our food that by the time my wife's food was ready, mine was sitting waiting literally for 4-5 minutes on their prep table while the 3 people behind us ordered and got their food before we did. Needless to say my nuggets and both fries were cold. Will not go back... lots of other options on this area.
I love the food at Burger King. But this particular one needs help. A 25 minute wait in drive thru is ridiculous. 5 cars a head of me only! Could have been alot cleaner too!
And they were not practicing clean kitchen procedures. I didn't see any hand washing, and when a bag was dropped on the floor. They just picked it up and put it back on the food prep counter.
